Gala Auction Fund

Your donation to the PHCCWA Winter Gala Auction Fund makes a direct impact on one of our most anticipated events of the year.

Funds raised from the auction support PHCCWA’s mission to advocate for and elevate Washington’s plumbing, heating, and cooling industry while helping us create a meaningful, memorable evening for our members.

The minimum donation is $200, which allows us to create a Gift Night Basket for the auction. Each basket typically includes a dinner gift certificate, an activity gift certificate, and possibly a dessert gift certificate. The selection of items is at the discretion of PHCCWA. Items selected by PHCCWA for the Gift Night Basket will be listed as donated by the donor, ensuring your support is recognized during the auction.

Monetary donations above $200 allow PHCCWA to select items or experiences that will best resonate with gala guests and help maximize fundraising results.

Every contribution strengthens the event, supports our programs, and helps us continue serving contractors and partners across the state. Thank you for helping us celebrate, elevate, and energize this industry.

Please note: PHCCWA is a 501(c)(6) organization. Donations to the Winter Gala Auction are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.
