Who can Join PHCC?
PHCC is made up of over 3,500 of the nation’s leading plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors from union and non-union shops working in service and repair and new construction. Manufacturers, supplies, and service companies who provide products and services to contractors are also welcome to join the association. (Learn more)

In 2016, the Government Affairs Committee embarked on an effort with other industry stakeholders to solve some of the problems of the PHC industry. We began having regular meetings every other Friday for a period of almost two years. We identified steps that we all agreed, if enacted, would help the industry and the consumer. We drafted legislation then lobbied lawmakers in Olympia to support and pass our legislation. In March of 2020 we had success, our bill passed through both sides of the legislature UNANIMOUSLY!
