For 28 years I’ve worked in customer experience and support at global technology companies — network design through post-sale delivery, always at the customer interface, always focused on one thing: treating customer care as something you measure and build around, not an afterthought. I built Leadin to bring that discipline to the trades. Most tools in this space are built to catch a missed call and hand the owner a name and number. Leadin is built for both ends of the call: the customer who needs help and can’t get through, and the owner-operator who wants to be there but can’t always pick up. It answers the call, takes care of the customer, and hands the contractor a job already worked out — so they show up prepared, the customer feels taken care of, and no job slips away while they’re out doing the work.
