Bulldog Rooter, Inc.

In 2007, the Founder of Bulldog Rooter, Butch wanted to start a new career and so he began a Drain Cleaning Company with his family, out of their home. Butch knew he needed a company name. One day, the family was talking about potential names for the business and then… right on cue, their family bulldog Boxcar comes rushing into the room! At that moment, one of his children says; “How about Bulldog Rooter?” And thus, Bulldog Rooter was formed! Then, one of the other boys said “Gotta Clog? Call the Dog!” and that became one of our motto’s.

Not only that, our other motto; “We Never Leave a Mess”, also comes from the unfortunate “accidents” that Boxcar had in the house. Butch used this as a teaching moment for his kids, but also made it the motto of Bulldog Rooter. If you see a mess, never leave it to be cleaned by someone else, always pick it up, even if it wasn’t made by you! These are the standards that Bulldog Rooter lives by day in and day out, and it is one of the many reasons why we have been Eastern WA and Northern ID’s best plumbing company around, for over 15 years and counting!
