🤝 Contractor Network Roundtable (Everett)

PHCC of Washington exists to help plumbing, heating, and cooling contractors succeed.

When contractors told us their biggest challenge was getting apprentice hours accepted accurately and on time, we listened and built No Hours Left Behind. That solution started with a room full of owners having real conversations and led to real change.

Now we are bringing those conversations back in person.

This is an owners-focused, discussion-driven meeting, not a sit-and-listen presentation. Space is intentionally limited to 30 seats to keep the conversation meaningful.

This meeting is about solving real business challenges together, including:

• Making the phone ring
• Bridging the generational gap when working with young people and family

You will connect with other owners or those in leadership roles who have tackled the problems you are facing and leave with ideas you can use immediately. When solutions surface that PHCCWA can support behind the scenes, we act on them.
