Submissions received will be scheduled to post on PHCC of Washington social media channels on a rolling basis.  

Any organization that submits more than one post within a 30-day period will only be allowed ONE to be featured in the PHCC of Washington Newsletter, unless otherwise notified, newsletter editor will use their discretion to select the post featured in the newsletter. Posts appearing on the PHCC of Washington social media channels will be scheduled per the discretion of our social media manager. 

To appear in the newsletter, submissions must be received by the 15th of each month (unless noted otherwise).

Tips to Make Your News Engaging

  • Be concise.
  • Shorten your links.
  • Due to layout, longer text may be cut at the discretion of our editor.
  • Check your grammar & spelling!
  • ALWAYS include a picture. Videos are even better.
  • ALWAYS include a Call to Action & link to drive readers to do something with the information you are sharing!
  • AVOID text-heavy images like a poster or flyer.
