Event Policy

Designation Course Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing 14 days prior to the course date to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within the 14-day grace period will incur a non-refundable, non-transferrable $300 fee. Substitutions welcome. No-Shows will be billed at full price.


General Events, Education & Meetings Cancellation Policy
  • No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued.
  • Attendee substitutions are welcome.

Event Photography & Videography Policy

By attending a PHCC of Washington event, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.

These images and recordings may be used by PHCC of Washington for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, email communications, and print materials.

PHCC of Washington will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all content is used in a respectful and professional manner.

If an attendee prefers not to be photographed or recorded, they are encouraged to notify event staff upon arrival or contact PHCC of Washington in advance at info@phccwa.org. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, we cannot guarantee that all individuals will be excluded from group or candid event photography.
